Liffey Valley Services provides community based residential support to adults with an intellectual disability. Based in the towns of Celbridge & Maynooth, Co. Kildare We have the following positions available: Full time permanent Social Care Leader (frontline supervisor) 39hrs per week. Full time permanent Social Care Worker 39hrs per week over 7 days Social Care Worker Relief Permanent 30hrs per week minimum over 7 days HSE Consolidated pay scales and pension apply Social Care Leader €55793 - €65155 Social Care Worker with qualification €39,951 - €56,089. QUALIFICATION Social Care Leader - Minimum Level 7 QQI Social Care qualification Social Care Worker - Minimum Level 7 QQI Social Care qualification. Social Care candidates must be qualified from one of the institutions listed on the CORU website and eligible and in the process of registering with CORU or already registered and provide registration number upon request. EXPERIENCE Social Care Leader - minimum 3 years' experience working with people with support needs. Social Care Worker positions - experience working in the intellectual disability sector desirable. Knowledge & experience of HIQA standards & other relevant legislation applicable to Intellectual Disability Residential services. Experience in Person Centred Planning. DRIVING Applicants must have a full clean manual driving licence for all positions. Driving is an essential part of the Social Care Worker & Social Care Leader roles.
