Community Operations Analyst - Russian Language + Culture Experts

Main Responsibilities:

* Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
* Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client’s Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
* Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our client’s products and community standards.
* Market Insights: Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
* Data Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
* Trendspotting: Recognise trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
* Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.


Skills & Competences:

* Resilience: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.
* Adaptability: Positively approach challenges with flexibility.
* Decision-Making: Prioritise, solve problems, and work collaboratively.
* Time Management: Manage and prioritise tasks to consistently meet KPIs.


Skills:

* Fluency in Russian.
* Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
* Due to specific client requirements, this role is only open to those who, having lived in Russia, have a strong understanding and affiliation with Russian culture and linguistic nuances.


Contract:

* Full-time, permanent.


Compensation & Benefits:

* Working Hours: Day shift (9-5.30).
* Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
