Head of Human Resources
to join their dynamic financial services business based in Dublin.
This may suit an experienced HR Manager who is
ready to step up
into a 'Head of' role. Or someone currently operating as a Head of HR with max. 10 years' experience.
The ideal candidate will come from the financial services sector.
The position:
This is a fully end-to-end HR role, reporting directly to the CEO, and you will immediately become a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT). You will manage a team and take responsibility for all aspects of the HR lifecycle—talent, performance, reward, development etc.
The Head of HR is pivotal in ensuring the organisation's people practices meet both business and regulatory expectations. A particular focus will be on regulatory adherence, including the Central Bank of Ireland's Individual Accountability Framework (IAF), Fitness & Probity Standards, and Conduct Standards.
You will be:
• Passionate about all things HR, People Development, Company Culture, and Employee Engagement.
• Highly experienced in partnering with senior executives and business stakeholders to design innovative
• Passionate about building strong relationships in the business
• A trusted & credible people leader.
Experience required:
• Minimum 8–10 years' HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within Financial Services.
• Proven experience managing a broad HR remit across HR operations, talent, learning, and employee relations.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing HR strategies that align with business and regulatory goals.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Commercially astute, data-driven, and able to balance strategic priorities with operational excellence.
