STEM Recruitment partners are working with a medical device R&D organisation, based in Dublin, who are seeking an experienced Labelling Engineer/Artwork Specialist to join their team on a contractual basis.
Contract: 6 months, competitive hourly rates
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite per week)
Role Overview:
As a Labelling Engineer, you will develop and coordinate user-friendly, comprehensive artwork for medical device documentation. You will support the creation, management, and release of operator manuals, technical bulletins, labels, and IFUs, ensuring all documentation meets program and regulatory requirements. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and revise artwork for labelling, operator manuals, technical bulletins, and device labels.
Coordinate with suppliers to support labelling activities.
Develop labelling schedules based on project needs.
Track and report on labelling deliverables and changes.
Ensure all documentation complies with internal quality and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Quality, Clinical, Commercial, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to address IFU changes.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in drug/device artwork creation and coordination, including 2+ years in regulatory activities.
Experience with Adobe InDesign and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
Knowledge of documentation quality management systems and labelling artwork management systems is desirable.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and compliance issues.
