Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our international team and drive continuous improvement in production performance across global manufacturing sites.
* Design, develop, and upgrade automated control systems for production lines worldwide.
* Commission and support automation equipment and systems at global sites.
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and controls expertise to plant teams.
* Lead and mentor junior automation engineers on assigned projects.
* Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to deliver global project goals.
Key Requirements
* Degree-qualified Engineer with 3+ years' experience in automation or controls.
* Strong PLC programming skills - ideally Siemens S7/TIA.
* Experience with motion control (e.g., Simotion, Sinamics) and SCADA systems (WINCC preferred).
* Knowledge of industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet).
* Background in control system design, installation, and commissioning.
