Their Cork studio is now seeking a proactive, highly capable Senior Architect to take a leading role on a major Aviation project, working closely with on‑site teams and driving project delivery from the ground up.While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.This position is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a site‑focused environment, is confident working independently, and brings strong technical and coordination skills to large‑scale, complex projects.What You'll Be DoingTaking a lead role on a major Aviation project, with a strong day‑to‑day presence on siteWorking independently within the Cork region while receiving support from wider teamsCoordinating with multidisciplinary teams across Ireland to ensure seamless project deliveryManaging construction‑stage activities, inspections, and contractor coordinationPreparing and submitting planning applications through the Irish planning systemEnsuring full compliance with Irish building regulations, technical guidance documents, and planning requirementsSupporting the delivery of aviation, industrial, and education projects as requiredWhat We're Looking ForPart 3 qualified and ARB registeredExtensive on‑site experience, ideally on large‑scale or complex projectsStrong technical capability and confidence in contractor engagementProficiency in Revit and Revit‑based BIM workflowsExcellent understanding of Irish building regulations and planning processesA full driving licence is highly advantageous due to regular site travelCandidates must already be based in Ireland with relevant Irish project experience
