The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee the sales processes, manage customer satisfaction, and ensure excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include supervising sales staff, meeting sales targets, managing pre-owned vehicle sales, and engaging with customers to enhance their buying experience.
The ideal candidate will be highly customer focused
This role will answer to the General Manager and the Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities:
-Assist the Sales Manager
* Customer relationship management: develop and maintain relationships with customers
-Appraisals and quotations: value trade-ins and provide quotes
* Meet targets: achieve sales targets set out
* Maintain Sales forecourt to high standard
* Maintain online vehicle image content
Requirements:
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Full clean driver's license
-Positive attitude
-Excellent communication
* Proficient in computer use
