The Opportunity
As an Insurance Broker Support Analyst, you will support, onboarding, and engage users while collaborating across internal teams to improve products and services. This role combines technical acumen, customer service, and business analysis to influence customer satisfaction and product development.

Key Responsibilities
* Become an expert in our SaaS product suite and provide frontline support to clients.
* Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues.
* Escalate and track unresolved issues, ensuring clear communication with customers throughout.
* Recommend product or process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
* Work closely with external partners to ensure system alignment.
* Lead or support client workshops to document future-state requirements.
* Test and validate new features before deployment.
* Support end-to-end onboarding of new customers.
* Contribute to internal process improvements within the onboarding and support functions.
* Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to share insights and help shape future enhancements.
For this Role
* 2+ years of customer-facing experience within the insurance domain
* Experience in life / pensions / broker industry is a big plus
* Self-starter with strong analytical problem-solving skills who enjoys identifying and solving problems
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
* Excellent communication skills
