Your New Job:
In this role, you’ll work as part of a dedicated projects team, reporting to the Capital Projects Manager. You’ll manage projects through initiation, design, procurement, execution, and close out, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on-time. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and lead project teams on diverse projects within a dynamic environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver projects through all lifecycle stages, from initial scoping to completion
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Develop project scopes of work, budgets, and plans
Engage and communicate with stakeholders effectively
Provide leadership and direction to project teams
Prepare technical designs, drawings, and plans as needed
Manage resources, costs, and procurement processes
Ensure proper documentation, handover, and project close out steps are followed
What Are We Looking For?
Degree (Level 7) in Engineering or equivalent
5+ years’ experience in project management/engineering within a large manufacturing or industrial setting
Experience with CAD/drafting/modelling is an advantage
Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar tools
Strong technical report writing and budgeting skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
