About the Role – Restaurant Manager at a Flagship Hotel

As Restaurant Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick, you’ll oversee the full food & beverage experience across:

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily F&B operations: restaurant, breakfast, bar/lounge, in-room dining, and events

* Lead, inspire, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver top-tier service

* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Events team to ensure flawless guest experiences

* Monitor guest feedback and drive service improvements based on performance metrics

* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Radisson brand standards

* Manage budgets, labour forecasting, stock, and cost controls

* Drive revenue through upselling, local marketing, and in-house promotions

* Maintain strong team engagement and operational excellence


Who You Are

Must-Have:

* At least 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar in a branded hotel or high-volume venue

* Skilled in food and beverage service, bar operations, and hospitality tech (e.g., MICROS, Opera)

* Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced, guest-facing environments

* Strong financial acumen: P&L, labour management, cost controls

* A hands-on, proactive leadership style with excellent communication skills

Preferred:

* Previous experience in a global hotel brand (Radisson, Hilton, Marriott, Accor, etc.)

* Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene certification

* Familiarity with guest satisfaction platforms like Medallia or Revinate
