Location: Castletroy, Limerick (V94 6R68)Duration: 12 months
Job Description
Project Readiness Lead. Onsite role focused on launching new production lines, such as adding five new lines. Requires technical knowledge and a background in medical device manufacturing and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Manage Project Readiness deliverables across cross‑functional teams for medium to large scale projects involving new or existing equipment.
Maintain effective communication between the Project Readiness team, Project Leaders/Sponsors, and external stakeholders.
Assist in determining budget requirements and propose options to Management/Customer/Stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks, ensuring delivery of all Project Readiness milestones.
Utilize project tools (Microsoft Project, FPX, etc.) to manage projects successfully.
Develop clear, detailed documentation and reports using strong technical writing skills.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in medical device manufacturing or related industry.
Background in quality assurance and a solid technical foundation.
Project Management experience; ability to manage raw materials and procurement.
Proactive, energetic, and strong communicator, capable of influencing non‑reporting stakeholders.
Leadership or people‑leadership experience is a plus.
