Job Title: HR Business Analyst
Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Business Analyst to support the Workday Absence and Time project, while also managing business-as-usual activities in the Core HR domain.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes, analytical skills, and expertise in Workday functionalities. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for the Workday Absence and Time modules.
2. Document current and future state process maps.
3. Support testing and deployment activities under the guidance of the SME.
4. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience as an HR Business Analyst or similar role, with exposure to Workday Absence, Time, and Core HR modules.
3. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong working knowledge in Workday operations and reporting.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
