Job Title: Renewal Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Renewal Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the renewal and upselling of existing customer accounts.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and grow revenue with our existing customers by managing current renewals, upselling prepaid maintenance, and reinstating lapsed customers.
* Meet quarterly assigned sales quotas by effectively managing the full sales cycle and leveraging cross-functional resources.
* Maintain accurate forecasts and activity records in CRM systems (Siebel & Salesforce) for the assigned region.
* Defend against competitive pressures, uncover additional opportunities, and identify co-termination and reinstatement prospects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration or marketing.
* At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, renewal or account management preferably in software-related industry.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Outlook & Excel.
