We're looking for a Client Services Director to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value client contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across all aspects of recruitment operations.
About the Role: As Client Services Director, you'll be accountable for the full lifecycle of service delivery.
From implementation through to ongoing performance, across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
You'll manage account-level P&L, drive service evolution, and ensure SLAs and compliance standards are consistently met.
Acting as a key member of the local management board, you'll also help shape the strategic direction of the wider business.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of contracted recruitment services, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including HR, procurement, and C-suite decision-makers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with sales, bids, and finance teams.
Oversee financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and cost management.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment processes and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service agreements, and relevant legislation.
Drive optimal use of recruitment technology and data systems to enhance service and performance.
