This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality, one-to-one care in the home environment.Role OverviewYou will be providing complex community care, specifically tracheostomy and ventilated care, for clients in the Dundalk and Drogheda areas. This is a nurse-led 24-hour care service with the support of a dedicated Healthcare Assistant (HCA).
