Minimum qualifications: 5 years of experience in enterprise, Go-To-Market or sales recruiting.
3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles for a tech, or in a similar industry.
Preferred qualifications: 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
6 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience competing for talent.
Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
