Business Development Manager – Cork, Ireland

Job Duties
Build market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships.
Develop and execute annual strategic plans for assigned programs in collaboration with Category Management, including roadmaps, positioning, marketing programs, price strategy and competitive analysis.
Examine risks and potential for business opportunities.
Report to management on progress, financials and business issues each month.
Provide metric and data analysis, insight and recommendations.
Direct resources, education and training programs for ADI colleagues and customers.
Facilitate training/education tracks with peers, suppliers and customers.
Requirements
Experience working within the security industry, preferably distribution in the Irish market.
Strong track record of success in a B2B sales environment within a high‑volume, high‑transaction retail/wholesale setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude for building relationships at all organizational levels.
Problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
Experience delivering client‑focused solutions.
Driving licence.

Inside Sales Representative – NetApp

Fluent in English (and Spanish for some markets).
Bonus: B2B sales experience, IT or cloud industry exposure, familiarity with partner ecosystems.
