Overview
We're seeking a personable, professional, and detail-oriented Learning Centre Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our client's Learning Centre.
This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination experience—whether in HR, events, or office management—and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations, including approving reservations via Cloudbooking and coordinating room setup, AV/IT, and catering.
Serve as the primary point of contact for event planning, walkthroughs, and execution.
Maintain weekly reports and facilitate communication between Learning Centre staff, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Order and manage office and room supplies; restock as needed.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Catering teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with setup and teardown of events, including moving tables, chairs, décor, and catering items.
Update and maintain the Learning Centre webpage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Higher education preferred or 5+ years of relevant coordination experience.
Software Proficiency:
Excel (for weekly reports), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
Web design experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay Details
$22.00 to $27.00 per hour
