We focus on planning applications and detailed construction drawings for a diverse range of clients. We're seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit planning applications for residential developments. Produce detailed technical and construction drawings usingCAD software. Create high-quality3D renderings and visual presentations. Develop creative design solutions and conduct hand-sketches for concept development. Collaborate with clients and our team to ensure project success. Conduct on-site construction inspections and provide main contractor support Requirements A relevant degree in architecture or architectural technology. Proven knowledge ofIrish building regulations and planning processes. Proficiency in CAD software and 3D rendering tools. Remuneration The salary for this position is between€40,000 and €50,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
