to join their growing finance team. Operating across Ireland, the UK, and the US, they design and deliver cutting-edge gigabit networks and have recently expanded into the power sector, creating exciting opportunities for growth.
About the Role
This newly created position offers the chance to take ownership of key financial processes, including monthly reporting, annual audits, and compliance, while supporting a business on a rapid growth trajectory. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the
Qualified Financial Accountant
will play a pivotal role in shaping the finance function and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts and financial analysis across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
* Manage year-end audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Oversee tax filings (VAT, RCT, CIS, Corporation Tax) and statutory submissions.
* Maintain robust internal controls and optimise treasury functions.
* Lead finance input into ERP system implementation and process improvements.
About You
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience.
* Strong financial reporting and compliance expertise in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
