Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the smooth running and management of the hotel's bars ensuring high standards of service quality and efficiency.

* Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency, driving business results and success.
* Monitor and control costs, stock levels and inventory to optimize resources and minimize waste.
* Stay up-to-date with current food and drink trends and knowledge, applying innovative ideas and best practices to drive business innovation.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience as a Bar or F&B Manager in a four-star hotel, with excellent training and customer service skills. Keen financial acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional results are essential for this role.
