I am currently working on behalf of a leading government agency to recruit an Administrator to join their Lifesciences–Medical Technology team in Athlone, Westmeath.

About the Role:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Department Manager, including diary management, event coordination, logistics, marketing materials, and CRM system updates.
* Support Project Executives and Management in collating key data and performance metrics.
* Assist in the creation of high-quality presentations and marketing collateral.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting across internal systems.
* Actively contribute to an inclusive and respectful workplace, promoting work-life balance and upholding the organisation's values of Enterprise, Inclusive, Resourceful, and Empowering (EIRE).
* Participate in ongoing learning and development, including performance reviews and internal training.
* Take on additional administrative and support tasks as required, showing flexibility and initiative.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and confident using CRM systems and social media platforms.
2. A third-level qualification or progression towards one is desirable.
3. Willingness to travel and occasionally work outside standard office hours.
4. A full driving licence is desirable.
