Construction Solicitor
Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide day-to-day legal advice and support to our construction companies.
* Draft, review, and negotiate construction contract documentation including main contracts, subcontracts, bonds, warranties, novation agreements, and NDAs.
* Advise on claims management and/or disputes as they arise including adjudication arbitration/litigation.
