In this senior leadership role, you’ll oversee all hotel operations with a particular emphasis on Conference & Banqueting (C&B). You’ll ensure service stays top-tier, the team stays inspired, and guests keep coming back.
The ideal candidate:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (Hotel Manager, Deputy GM, or Operations Manager) at a 4- or 5-star property
* Good experience with high-volume C&B operations
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
* Excellent financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, wage control, etc.)
* A natural host who’s passionate about warm, professional hospitality and operational excellence
