Celtic Careers are seeking an Engineering Support Specialist on behalf of our client, a leader in engineering solutions, to provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams across service, sales, and project operations. This is a demanding and detail-focused role suited to a candidate with a strong engineering background, excellent technical judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across service, sales, and project functions. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, accountability, and customer support are essential. Please note a Degree qualification in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline is required for this role. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and internal departments. Assist with spare parts identification, quotations, and technical documentation. Support customer site audits, training, and system reviews. Prepare service-related documentation including reports and certification records. Assist with remote monitoring systems and digital service platforms. Support project handovers, refurbishment proposals, and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety regulations. Travel within Ireland and occasionally overseas as required.
