Your New Role
As a Transfer Agency Oversight and Change Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operational services and activities outsourced to Transfer Agencies (TAs) for the UK and Irish fund ranges.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day oversight responsibilities and leading the change management and implementation process. This includes handling dealing, cash flow reporting, settlements, registration, reconciliations, complaints handling, and change management.
You will operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver outcomes with excellence to contribute to the team objectives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
* A minimum of five years of general experience in financial services or asset management, with 2-3 years spent in transfer agency change/projects or a similar operational role.
* Experience overseeing a Transfer Agency or working at a Transfer Agency.
* Proven experience managing and delivering TA-related change.
* Familiarity with Irish funds and CBI regulations is highly preferential.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work under your own initiative.
* Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of TA processes, technology, and operational concepts.
