You will be joining an established team that benefits from the expertise of two experienced occupational therapists already on the team. This offers a supportive environment with strong clinical guidance, mentorship, and peer support.
* Children's Disability Network Team (CDNT) in Meath or Drogheda.
* You will work with children (0-18 years) with physical, sensory, and learning disabilities, autism, and developmental delay.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for assessing, planning implementing reviewing occupational therapy intervention programs for children supported by CDNT. This is needs-based focussed on achieving outcomes defined prioritized by child family through Individual Family Service Plan meeting.
PAttendance participation interdisciplinary team meetings ensure integrated goal setting support child family Attend participate interdisciplinary meet follow individual FS plans priorities within agreed protocols Document all assessments intervention progress reports according professional standards Arrange carry out duties timely manner settings appropriate service users line service policy guidelines Maintain quality standards practice participate quality assurance clinical audit appropriate Become familiar work accordance relevant HSE policies HIQA standards Progressing Disabilities legislation professional policies guidelines requirements ensure safe practice high standard delivery services.
