Marketing Insights & Optimisation Lead
Location: Monaghan, County Monaghan | Role: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: 40K to 45k
This role is fully onsite in Mullan Village.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Insights & Optimisation Lead to support our continuous improvement initiatives in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and sales targets
* Collaborate with product development, sales, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
* Own and optimise the performance of the company website to meet traffic, engagement, and conversion goals
* Use data and analytics tools to monitor performance, identify drop‑off points, and implement improvements
* Collaborate across teams (brand, paid media, product, sales) to ensure consistent and effective user journeys from every touchpoint
* Build and report on KPIs — including conversion rates, lead generation, bounce rates, and user engagement metrics
* Identify gaps or under‑leveraged areas across digital channels and propose strategies to capitalise on existing traffic and audience behaviour
* Support marketing management in leading strategic initiatives and ensuring projects are delivered through
* Contribute to marketing strategy across all touchpoints: paid media, organic content, CRM, email, social, and more
* Stay current on digital marketing best practices and tools
Qualifications:
* Experience in digital marketing with a focus on website performance, analytics, or growth
* Proven track record of hitting marketing performance targets (traffic, leads, conversions)
* Ability to interpret data, create reports, and communicate findings
* Leadership qualities or prior experience mentoring or leading others
* A curious, test‑and‑learn mindset with the drive to improve and iterate
Nice to Have:
* Experience in B2B or high‑conversion‑focused environments
* Basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus
* Paid Ad Campaigns knowledge
