Social Care Leader
This is an exciting opportunity for a Social Care Professional to make a real difference in the lives of young people. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Social Care, who is able to provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent, as well as a full, clean manual driver's license valid in Ireland. They will also have knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres and experience working in services where TCI is used.
In this role, you will be responsible for working as part of a team to support the development and well-being of young people. This will involve providing necessary care and support to help them build resilience and recover from early life trauma.
To be considered for this role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. A minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent
2. Full, clean, manual driver's license (valid in Ireland)
3. Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres
4. Eligible to work in Ireland
5. Experience working in services where TCI is used
6. Minimum 2 years experience working at Social Care grade with young persons
