We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Human Capital Strategist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth while fostering a positive work environment.
In this role, you will:

* Manage Work Council relationships
You will have the opportunity to lead local and regional HR initiatives/projects about talent, culture, employee survey, compensation topics. Additionally,,you will collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to execute enterprise-wide programs and solutions that advance the business., You must also support leaders as strategist, coach, change agent,curator of culture and architect.Partnering with assigned business leaders and HR teams,you will set both long-termand short-termorganization strategyand implement strategic HR initiatives.
