You'll take big, complex problems and turn them into beautifully simple, intuitive, and visually polished experiences used by millions.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves systems thinking, high craft, and designing products that feel effortless.What You'll OwnLead interaction and visual design for key product areas end-to-endTranslate research and insights into world-class user experiencesDesign accessible, inclusive software aligned with WCAG standardsDrive cohesion through the Options+ design system while evolving new patternsCollaborate deeply with AI, engineering, and product to shape intelligent, plugin-driven workflowsPresent work with clarity and influence, guiding stakeholders and leadershipBring strong design perspective while creating alignment across global teamsWhat You BringExtensive UX experience designing complex consumer softwareStrong visual/UI craft with sharp attention to detailProven ability to simplify large systems and solve intricate interaction challengesExperience with design systems at scaleStrong research literacy and user-centered decision makingKnowledge of accessibility standardsAdvanced Figma skills; motion or prototyping skills are a plusExperience with AI-driven features or emerging tech is a bonusLeadership experience as a Senior or Lead DesignerA portfolio showcasing complex product work, systems thinking, and visual polish is required.Why LogitechLogitech is big enough to have global impact, yet small enough for your work to truly shape the product.
