Join us anSME Account Executive

As a member of the SME Account Executive team you will utilize a combination of critical thinking, sales & customer experience skills to ensure all existing customers receive the highest quality service and to ensure we retain and cross‑sell to our existing customer base. Your role involves proactively managing a designated territory of small business customers, with a key focus on cross‑selling our diverse product suite to meet the financial aims of the business while minimizing customer churn.


What else it involves

* Initiate proactive engagement in accordance with our team’s contact strategy, primarily utilizing video calls via Microsoft Teams as the initial touchpoint with customers. In‑person meetings may be arranged as needed to accommodate customer preferences.
* Qualify customer requirements, ensure clarity of information, and deliver effective solutions or options in response to customer inquiries and outbound activities.
* Conduct outbound calls to maintain and expand relationships within your customer portfolio, aiming to strengthen account loyalty and foster growth.
* Implement a comprehensive stakeholder strategy to cultivate robust relationships within your territory.
* Use of telephony platform to drive outbound activity and measure inbound comms strategy aligned with CVM approach to customer communications.
* Seize opportunities to cross‑sell core products as well as our more than mobile suite of products.
* Direct the adoption of our market‑leading 5G broadband product, backed by in‑depth knowledge of local network infrastructures in your region.
* Foster strong internal relationships with your dedicated Customer Service Representative, CVM and develop strategic partnerships with the finance and product teams to fully support your customers’ needs.
* Elevate your expertise in network mast locations, customer referrals, and case studies to enhance product adoption effectively.
* Utilize Salesforce through all engagements with customers – Email cases, account profiling (industry, permission capture).
* Manage all pipeline through Salesforce effectively & in real time.
* Exceed all monthly sales and retention targets.
* Build sustainable relationships by going above and beyond for your customer.
* Align with Three Sales Methodology to collaborate effectively with sales specialists in order to provide value to our customers through our 3CS portfolio.
* Concentrate on surpassing the 3CS metrics derived from Margin product and 3Connect, thereby securing the longevity of your customers’ businesses and demonstrating the comprehensive support that Three business offer.
* Ensure that Customer Satisfaction targets are achieved on a continuous basis.


The skills we're looking for:

* Proven track record in B2B sales environment preferred but not essential.
* Excellent phone skills and the ability to meet customer expectations where possible.
* Good teamwork skills and proactive approach to teamwork and sharing workloads.
* A willingness to proactively engage in transformation for future e.g. AIA Engage & Finesse’.
* Have a drive for self‑development.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Experience working in a high‑volume contact centre an advantage.
* Negotiation and the ability to reach agreement.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Exceptional customer experience skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong listening skills and sales skills.
* A data centric mindset & data accuracy.
