Job Title: Person in Charge
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our Designated Centre. This is a Full Time Permanent position that requires strong leadership, management, and clinical skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality, person-centred service to residents and effectively managing the staff team and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the Designated Centre, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents.
* Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, Health Act (2007) Regulations, and associated guidance.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing excellent report writing skills.
* Have a strong working knowledge of national policies in the disability sector.
Requirements:
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or CORU as a Social Care Worker, depending on the role.
* Meet the requirements of the Health Act (2007) Regulations (2013).
* Clinical experience supporting people with Dementia.
* Post graduate qualification in a relevant area would be an advantage.
* 5 plus years' experience in the disability sector would be an advantage.
* A management qualification would be an advantage.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
Desirable Skills:
* Excellent computer literacy and information technology skills.
* An up-to-date, valid Irish Driving Licence.
