As our new Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team, build strong broker partnerships, and drive strategic growth across your region. This is a role for someone who thrives on results, leads with vision, and knows how to turn strategy into action.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Shape and deliver regional sales strategies that exceed revenue targets and grow market share.
* Build and strengthen long-term broker relationships—supporting them to succeed and grow with us.
* Lead a team of account managers and sales support staff—setting clear goals, coaching for success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Partner with the Sales Director to drive strategic initiatives that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes—adapting plans to keep us competitive and compliant.
Skills & Experiences
* Strong background in sales or sales leadership within life assurance or financial services.
* Deep understanding of broker distribution and the Irish market landscape.
* Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver results.
* Inspirational leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building abilities.
