This role will report to the Finance Director, and will involve: Leading period-end close and management accounts for multiple entities and jurisdictions Ensuring strong balance-sheet control, accurate reporting and continuous improvement across finance processes BS reconciliations Cashflow monitoring Cost and KPI reporting with budget holders and senior management Supporting budgeting, statutory accounts and external audits Driving process improvements and support finance projects and team members Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE, Big 4 or Top 10 audit training background strongly preferred Strong academic track record Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder communication skills High accuracy, ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities About our Client Our client is a well-established, extremely fast-growing business within the Construction sector.
