About This Opportunity
This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate ordering and availability of vital stock, providing critical support to our sales team. As a seasoned business development professional, you will be responsible for delivering sales, profit, and margin targets for your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit, and margin targets for your assigned area.
* Build effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive business growth.
* Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
* Maintain and grow the customer base in your assigned area, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.
* Be responsive and flexible to your customers' needs, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
* Fluency in Mandarin and English.
* Extensive knowledge of the Irish World Food market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
* Strong credit control skills, with the ability to manage cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
* At least 3-5 years field sales experience within the world food foodservice sales market, with a proven track record of success.
* High level of flexibility, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Proactive approach to customer needs, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Full clean B Driving License, with the ability to travel throughout the region.
* Capability of proving credibility with customers and building strong customer relationships, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
