In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data and ensuring seamless delivery of content to our clients. You will play a vital part in guaranteeing that the right information and content makes its way onboard.Responsibilities:Reporting to the Metadata Manager, the Candidate will have the following responsibilities:Manage large volumes of media-related dataEnter and manage data across internal systems and external integrator platformsTake ownership of assigned airlines by becoming the go-to expert, collaborating closely with internal teams, clients (as needed), and IFE system owners to manage and coordinate all updates and changesOversee key updates for essential airline content such as announcements, ads, and safety slatesCreate and maintain essential documentation, including error reports, quality assurance checklists, and comprehensive airline handbooksTimely, polite and accurate internal and external communicationsRegularly assess workload and prioritize tasks based on company needs and direction from senior team membersIdentify opportunities to improve productivity and quality, and work with senior team members to suggest and implement more efficient metadata processesAct as a primary point of contact for new hiresMaintain internal SLAsThe CandidateThe key attributes and skills that we are looking for in candidates are:A third level Degree is desirableExcellent communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft tools, mainly ExcelAbility to work effectively as part of a teamStrong administration and organisation skillsEye for detail to ensure high accuracyStrong focus on customer satisfactionAbility to work well under pressureAbility to work on your own initiativeWillingness to learn new processes and tasksWorking knowledge of Advanced Excel and Adobe Photoshop is preferred
