The Opportunity
As a Solar PV Installer, you will be responsible for installing Solar PV Systems on residential buildings and ground-mounted systems. You will receive 6 weeks of comprehensive, industry-specific training.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Install Solar Panels on residential homes to high standards.
2. Meet deadlines for upcoming installations and projects.
3. Engage with customers, providing information and advice on the work being undertaken.
4. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
5. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Roofer or in Cladding/Industrial Glazing.
* Previous solar experience is desirable.
* Must reside within a commutable distance of Naas, Co. Kildare.
* Experience working at heights using a harness.
* Ability to meet all physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and site safety control.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a positive attitude towards customer service.

Schedule
Monday to Friday – Typically one installation per day.
