The RoleWe are currently looking to hire a Client Manager within our Starcom Media Team.
Starcom is part of Core, Ireland's largest marketing communications company.
Our purpose is to expand the possibilities of what brands can achieve – together.
OVERVIEW
This role assumes responsibility for the day-to-day management of clients' requirements.
It requires management of processes, excellent attention to detail and time management skills to ensure best in class delivery for clients.
Client Managers require strong collaboration and communication with the wider team, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and peers.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a drive to succeed and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is central to the efficient and effective running of the day to day client service including the creation and actualisation of media plans, monitoring of POs, timely and accurate billing, creating presentations of competitor insights, ideation and working with the team to deliver innovation.
The role of Client Manager assumes the following responsibilities:
