Our client, a hotel based in Killarney, Co. Kerry is currently seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and running the restaurant, lounge and conference & banqueting operations within the property.
Key responsibilities include managing all Food and Beverage aspects within the hotel, leading a team of managers, supervisors and up to 35 staff members to ensure exceptional guest comfort and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years experience with full management in Food and Beverage operations in a 4/5* hotel is required.
* Experience in setting service standards for daily operations across all food & beverage areas of the property.
* Skillful experience in managing busy restaurants, bars and teams as well as rostering duties.
* Familiarity with stock control systems including stock taking, ordering deliveries etc..
