About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being is upheld at all times. You will work closely with the Person in Charge to ensure that HIQA standards are met, and that service users receive the highest level of care possible.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience:

Education:

A Level 7 Degree in Social Care (In Progress)

Experience:

Previous experience in a High Support Service is essential

Skills:

You must have IT skills, report writing skills, and a high level of flexibility

Legislation and HIQA Standards:

You must have knowledge of all relevant legislation and HIQA standards and a proven ability to implement same
