Reports to: Head of Commercial
Location: Killarney, Co. Kerry (Onsite)

About The Role:

The Commercial Operations Support role provides essential administrative and operational assistance to the Commercial team. This includes supporting renewal and new business processes, managing premium finance controls, and assisting with claims handling. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


Renewal & New Business Administration

* Prepare and process renewal documentation accurately and on time.
* Liaise with clients and internal team members to ensure compliance on all new business and renewal cases.
* Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


Premium Finance Controls

* Monitor and reconcile premium finance agreements.
* Work closely with finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
* Maintain control logs and provide regular updates on premium finance activity.


Claims Support

* Assist in setting up and maintaining claims files.
* Coordinate with claims handlers, clients, and insurers to facilitate efficient claims processing.
* Track progress and ensure timely updates and documentation.


General Administrative Support

* Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage correspondence for the Commercial team.
* Maintain organised filing systems and support ad hoc projects as required


About You

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and manage data.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
* Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
