Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Administrative Assistant to support our Bidding Department.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development, coordination, and delivery of bid requests
* Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in bid applications
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base and set of standardised templates
* Identify opportunities to improve bid processes and efficiency
* Prepare and format documents for submission
Requirements:
* Highly organised with strong analytical abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Construction industry experience is an advantage
