Key Responsibilities:
* Functional Assessment: Conduct comprehensive functional behavioural assessments to identify interventions and supports that promote positive behaviour change.
* Behavioural Intervention: Design and implement function-based interventions that meet the unique needs of each individual, under the guidance of a supervisor.
* Skills Development: Develop and monitor skills development programs that align with person-centred goals and support individuals in achieving meaningful outcomes.
* Service Development: Collaborate with local Behaviour Therapists to deliver workshops and training sessions on topics related to supporting people with challenging behaviours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualifications in Behaviour Analysis or a related field.
* Experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
