Executive Culinary Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a 4-star hotel kitchen. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Culinary Assistant to assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation, organisation and preparing food for various outlets including breakfast, carvery, bar, restaurant and functions. A high level of customer service at all times is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in planning and implementing menus
* Organise and manage food preparation and presentation
* Prepare food for various outlets including breakfast, carvery, bar, restaurant and functions
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
* Previous experience of 2-3 years within the hotel industry or busy food business
* HACCP training
* Excellent knowledge of food
* Strong people management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
