About the Role: Theyre looking for an experienced, strategic leader to oversee and develop high-quality residential and day services for individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex support needs. This role combines operational leadership with a strong focus on person-centered care, compliance, and organisational change. You will report directly to the CEO of Camphill Communities of Ireland. Location: The base for this purpose will be the location to which the appointee is assigned. Objectives: Support the CEO and Board in delivering CCoIs strategic goals and ensure compliance and governance across all service areas. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic input to organisational development - Lead service operations aligned with CCoIs ethos, strategy, and national standards. - Oversee performance, budgets, and quality improvement across services. - Drive organisational development and manage large-scale change. - Ensure best practice in safeguarding and disability support. - Represent CCoI externally and deputise for the CEO when needed. Candidate Profile: - Hold a Masters relevant to this role i.e. Social Work, Social Care Management, or other relevant discipline - A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management post within health and social care OR a minimum of 3 years experience in a Head of Service or equivalent role - Robust knowledge of HIQA regulations and all legislative compliance requirements - Strong working knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental Health - Candidates must possess the competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability. - Comprehensive experience of Risk Management & Health and Safety - Knowledge of Budgeting and Financial Reporting Whats on offer: Permanent contract Hybrid work Competitive salary (76,152€ to 96,305€) 25 days of holidays Paid travelling expenses And more...
