Description This role will be responsible for executing diagnostics in alignment with manufacturer expectations for quality and efficiency.
You will facilitate the client's asset lifecycle, including cycle counts and updates to the device library.
Additionally, you will support the clerical stages of IT logistics and repair processes in partnership with Repair and IT Logistics Technicians.
Essential Duties Perform administrative duties to facilitate the device lifecycle process, such as checking in computers, iPhones, and tablets, opening service tickets, verifying warranty information, and providing detailed instructions to customers about the repair process.Review and diagnose customer devices, analyzing performance to identify equipment problems.Transfer devices and parts between offices, including pickup, delivery, and shipment for manufacturers or clients, and prepare shipping manifests and track scheduled deliveries.Lift, push, and pull objects weighing over 20 kg daily.Roles & Responsibilities Update systems and client's internal asset management systems throughout the repair process, troubleshooting with vendors via provided portals.Onboard and offboard hardware and operating systems for new hires, break/fix, and exiting employees, monitoring these projects daily.Manage and index non-deployable assets for storage and e-waste preparation.Maintain accurate records of device lifecycle details, escalations, and comments in internal systems.Organize workspace for efficient sorting and distribution of devices.Collaborate with other departments to meet SLA's (Service Level Agreements).Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and report findings to leaders.Support the service department proactively and flexibly.Engage positively with vendors, customers, and team members, aligning with company values.Perform additional duties as requested by leadership.Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service roleProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google SuiteFamiliarity with device repairs and shipping/receiving processesNetsuite or similar SaaS experience is a plusSalary: €32,000 - €36,800 per year
This is a full-time, onsite position.
