Process Equipment Engineer – PSK Inc.
PSK Inc. is a global leader in providing dry strip solutions to the semiconductor manufacturing industry. As a Process Equipment Engineer you will install, qualify, maintain, and troubleshoot our semiconductor equipment, making a direct impact on new methods of working and best practices.
What you will be doing
Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams and repair semiconductor equipment using electronics knowledge and standard test instruments.
Proactively provide high quality service to achieve customer satisfaction.
Draft or propose modifications to semiconductor dry asher equipment, processes or materials to reduce cost or improve operations.
Analyze customer data to improve tool availability, solve recurring issues and predict future problems.
Provide training to customer employees on operation and maintenance of PSK’s equipment.
Participate in projects with design engineers in Korea to provide engineering ideas and modifications.
Travel to support customers in PSK’s network or receive training from headquarters.
Set personal and team goals aligned with the company vision and report progress regularly.
Report service and project progress in organized databases.
Utilize statistical concepts in process improvement through data analysis and design of experiments.
Pull data via machine software for fleet analysis.
Apply structured problem solving methodologies (root cause analysis, Ishikawa, 5 whys) to new issues.
Foster continuous improvement culture on safety, quality, process integrity and cost effectiveness metrics.
Possess familiarity with plasma physics, scripting a plus.
Who We Are Looking For
Engineering major or equivalent experience in semiconductor industry.
Hands‑on ability.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); other European languages a plus.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Legal right to work in Ireland.
Available for international travel up to 30 %
