We're now looking for a Tech Support & Sales Specialist to join our team in Mullingar.
This role combines retail sales, technical troubleshooting, and remote IT helpdesk support — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes initiative to solve problems independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and phones (basic to intermediate level)
Provide remote IT support for business clients (Microsoft 365, email setup, connectivity, etc.)
Manage sales transactions and explain product/service options clearly
Collaborate with our IT team to escalate complex issues
Log jobs and updates accurately in our system
Use initiative to research and solve problems using available tools and documentation
Skills & Experience:
Strong communication and fluent English (verbal & written)
Experience in IT support, PC/laptop repairs, or a retail tech environment
Confident troubleshooting Windows and Office issues
Experience with networking, Microsoft 365, or remote support tools
Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused
Self-motivated problem solver who uses initiative before escalating issues
