Operations Coordinator Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a skilled Operations Coordinator in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory equipment, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate maintenance visits for laboratory equipment
* Support onsite services, managing permits and collaborating with service engineers during visits
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers on scheduling or operational queries
The ideal candidate will possess strong planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. A science background is highly desirable but not essential. Previous experience with scheduling tools such as SAP or Smart Sheet would be beneficial.
